The petitioners-original plaintiffs are challenging order passed by the Appellate Court rejecting the temporary injunction application filed by the plaintiffs.

The order of interim injunction is not in force at least since 17 November 2015. Therefore, no interference is called for in the impugned order. However, all contentions raised by the petitioners are kept open to be agitated at the time of hearing of the suit. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
