By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner, hereinafter referred to as 'defendant no.1', has challenged: (1) order dated 19.11.2015 below Exhibit 28 by which the learned trial Judge rejected the application made by defendants no. 1,3 and 4 for filing reply to Exhibit-21; (2) order dated 19.11.2015 below Exh.1, whereby the learned trial Judge directed to proceed further in the absence of 'Say' filed by defendants no.1,3 and 4; and (3) two orders dated 19.11.2015 below Exhibit-21.

After arguing petition for quite some time, Mr. Tajane, upon

On the motion made by Mr. Tajane, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as withdrawn.
