The Applicant Sikandar Akbarsab Mujawar has filed an affidavit dated 23.02.2016 which has been affirmed in the District Court at Solapur on the same day i.e. on 23.02.2016 and the deponent Sikandar Akbarsab Mujawar Mujawar has been identified by the Advocate Shri. Nilesh A. Thokade. It has been stated in the said affidavit that the applicant has compromised and settled the dispute with the respondent and hence he does not want to proceed with the matter. It is further stated that the possession of the suit premises is also handed over by the applicant to the respondent and, therefore, the applicant seeks withdrawal of the Civil Revision Application.
