The matter is placed for 'compliance' today. Learned counsel for the appellants has some grievance about the computation of the amount in terms of the decree as modified by this Court. The order passed by this Court is very specific. In terms of the order passed by this Court the calculations have to be made and the amounts accordingly have to be paid to the respondent in terms of the decree which is so modified. 2.

Upon receipt of the said amount it is obviously the responsibility of the respondent to bear the liability of income tax.
