It appears that in the cause-title of the aforesaid order, the year of the Writ Petition is wrongly mentioned as 2018 instead of 2017. Accordingly, the Writ Petition No. 5405 of 2018 mentioned in the aforesaid order shall now be read as Writ Petition No. 5405 of 2017. Order accordingly.
