Heard Mr. Govind Solanke, learned counsel for the petitioner through video conferencing.

He would submit that although the petitioner is appointed after 1st November 2005, still the appointment was pursuant to the advertisement that was issued in the year 2004. He would submit that the petitioner's case is covered by the G.R. dated 1st October 2024, whereby, the petitioner would be entitled to be included in the Old Pension Scheme. He would submit that the petitioner be granted liberty to ile comprehensive representation to the RespondentAuthority in terms of the G. R. of 2024 and the Authority be directed to deal with the representation as per the Old Pension Scheme. ZIP

We ind that the prayer is reasonable and hence, dispose of the petition in following terms :

::ORDER::

A.

Liberty to the petitioner to ile comprehensive representation to the Respondent No.4- The Chief Executive Oicer, Zilla Parishad, Sangli with Government Resolution and such documents that would substantiate the claim of the petitioner.

B.

The petitioner is at liberty to ile such representation within four weeks from today.

C.

The respondent No.4 shall give an opportunity to the petitioner and shall pass appropriate order on its own merits thereafter as expeditiously as possible. D.

All contentions are kept open.

E.

The petition is disposed of.
