The Petitioner has sought direction to Respondent Nos.1 to 5, the Government Officers to grant permission to the Petitioner to file criminal case against Respondent Nos.6 to 9. If the Petitioner intends to file criminal complaint against Respondent Nos.6 to 9 for the offences punishable under sections 182, 191, 193, 195, 196 of Indian Penal Code, section 195 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 specifies modality for that purpose. It is the court where the offence stated to have taken place would be competent to lodge the
