Since the Award has been declared, the Petitioners have liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law, if they are not satisfied with the amount of compensation awarded by the Land Acquisition Officer. All the contentions of he Petitioners as regards challenge to the Award are specifically kept open for determination by the appropriate forum. 2.
The Contempt Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
