By this civil application, the applicants seek recall of the order dated 4th December, 2015, dismissing the writ petition for default. I have perused the reasons recorded in the civil application explaining the reasons for remaining absent of the petitioners and their advocate.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The order dated 4th December, 2015 passed by this Court is recalled. Writ Petition No.4796 of 2015 is restored to file. 1/2
