The Appellant herein has challenged the order dated 05/12/2022 passed by the Respondent No.3 allowing the objections raised by the Respondent No.4 and rejecting the nomination forms submitted by the Petitioner to contest the elections for the post of Member of Grampanchayat of Village - Kaneriwadi, Taluka - Karveer, Dist. Kolhapur.

The Petition is not maintainable in view of the full bench judgment of this Court in Karmaveer Tulshiram Autade and ors. v/s. State Election Commission, Mumbai and ors. AIR 2021 BOMBAY 90, and the appropriate remedy would be filing of the election petition. 4.

Hence, the Petition stands dismissed.
