This is an Application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for bail in CR No. 123 of 2018 dated 4th May, 2018 registered with Mahatma Gandhi Chawk, Miraj Police Station , District Sangli under Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, (PITA Act).

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and the learned APP. Perused the charge sheet.

The allegation against the applicant is that, he was acting as an agent/pimp in the vocation of prostitution and was a connecting link between the owner of the brothel and the victim ladies. The applicant is in Jail since 5.5.2018.

This Court by its Order dated 29.11.2018 has granted bail to the owner of the brothel namely Sangita Gaikwad. The investigation of the present crime is completed and no further purpose will be served by further keeping the applicant in incarceration . The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, there are no antecedents at the discredit of the applicant.. In view of the above, the applicant can be released on bail. Hence, the following order.

a) The Applicant be released on bail in CR No. 123 of 2018 dated 4th May, 2018 registered with Mahatma Gandhi Chawk, Miraj Police Station, District Sangli on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/­ with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount.

b) After his release from Jail, the Applicant shall attend the Mahatma Gandhi Chawk, Miraj Police Station, District Sangli, on every first Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m.

c) The Applicant shall attend all the dates before the 2/3
