Perused the affidavit of Smt. Ashwini Balasaheb Jirange, SubDivisional Officer, District Kolhapur. The affidavit records that the order dated 5th June 2012 has been passed as directed by this Court. A copy of the said order has been annexed to the said affidavit. Though belatedly, the order of this Court is complied with. It cannot be said that
ash cp-18.14 this is a case of willful disobedience of the order of this Court.

Hence, the notice issued to the Second and Fourth Respondents is discharged. The Contempt Petition is disposed of.
