The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the present appeal was filed at the instance of wife of the respondent and recently the communication received by the counsel for the appellant. Copy of the communication dated 19th July 2022 addressed to the learned counsel for the appellant in placed on record and marked at 'Exhibit-X' for the purpose of identification. It is stated in the communication letter that the appellant and respondent i.e. the husband and wife have arrived at an amicable settlement and they are staying under one roof.
