By this petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have impugned the orders dated 20th July 2017 and 25th October 2017 passed by the District Deputy Registrar in Application No.4 of 2017, firstly allowing a third party to be impleaded as coapplicant and thereafter allowing the amendment under the provisions of Order VI Rule 7 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 2.

It is not in dispute that the said application was filed for impleadment by a third party. Application was made within 15 years from the date of cause of action having arisen and thus the said application was within time. Be that as it may, the issue of limitation in the impugned order passed by the learned District Deputy Registrar is kept open. I do not find any merit in this petition and the same is dismissed. No order as to costs.
