It appears that, in the absence of the Presiding Officer on the Tribunal at Pune and at Mumbai, the petitioner would be entitled to circulate the matter before the Tribunal at Nagpur where the Presiding Officer is handed over the charge of the matters within the jurisdiction of the Pune and the Mumbai Tribunal. The petitioner is, therefore, free to file an appropriate application before the Tribunal at Nagpur for grant of interim relief.
