The applicant is seeking bail in connection with C.R.No.133 of 2019, registered with Karad City Police Station, District- Satara for offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 504, 506, 143, 147, 148 and 149 of Indian Penal Code ("IPC" for short). 2.
The applicant was arrested on 17th March, 2019 and 10th May, 2019, respectively.

The prosecution case is that on account of the previous quarrel, the injured persons were assaulted by the accused. It is alleged that the applicant and the co-accused were armed with
2/3 8 BA-3390-2019. weapons. The applicant and Amol Dethe assaulted injured Dattatraya Katkar and Vishal Virkayde. The investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed.

The applicant had allegedly assaulted the complainant and Vishal Virkayde. The complainant had sustained five injuries in the nature of incised wound, abrasion and contusion. All the injuries are simple in nature whereas injured Vishal Virkayde has sustained four injuries. The First injury in the nature of CLW is grievious, the second and fourth injuries are simple in nature and the third injury refers to amputation of thumb by sharp object which is also grievous. The offences were registered under Sections 307 and 326 of IPC. On perusal of statement of Vishal Virkayade, it is apparent that, the co-accused Amol Dethe had assaulted him, which has probably resulted in the grievous injury.

Learned APP submitted that, the weapon is recovered from the applicant. There are antecedents against the applicant. Same criminal antecedents were also registered against the Sangram Pawar, Bapu Ubale and Suraj Bangal. They were granted bail by this Court by order dated 4th November 2019. The applicant is in custody from 17th March 2019. In these circumstances, in the stringent condition, bail can be granted to the applicant.

ORDER
(i) Bail Application No.3390 of 2019 is allowed;
(ii) The applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with C.R.No.133 of 2019, registered with Karad Police Station, District- Satara on furnishing P.R Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount;
(iii) The applicant is directed to stay out of the jurisdiction of Karad City Police Station, District- Satara, till the conclusion of the trial;
(iv) The applicant shall furnish his address to the Investigating Officer with regard to place of his residence and shall report the nearest Police Station once in a month on first Saturday of the month between 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. where he would reside after being released on bail; (v) The applicant to enter within the jurisdiction of Karad City Police Station, District- Satara only for the purpose of attending the Court proceedings;
(vi) Bail Application stands disposed of.
