Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer to dispose of this petition by directing second respondent Caste Scrutiny Committee to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's claim for validation of his caste certificate which is pending since, 2008, as expeditiously as possible. 3.

Having regard to the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of this petition by directing the Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the petitioner's caste validation claim as expeditiously as possible but not latter than 31/12/2018.
