1.

This application is for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1 who died on 25th August 2020. The applicant has sought condonation of delay of 1050 days in filing the application to bring the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1 on record. 2.

In spite of service of notice, none appears for the legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1. This indicates that they have no inclination to oppose the application.
