P.C.:­ 1) This is an application for intervention by the First Informant in C.R. No. 0271/2018 registered with Wadgaon Police Station, District Kolhapur for the offences punishable under Sections 354­D, 507 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

2) For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
