Mr.Rajepandhare submitted that by order dated 16/07/2015, respondent No. 8 was directed to furnish bank guarantee within 4 weeks from the date of the order. He seeks extension of 6 weeks for furnishing the bank guarantee.

In view thereof, by consent of the parties, time stipulated in the order dated 16/07/2015 is further extended by a period of 6 weeks from today. Order accordingly.
