This is an application for condonation of delay of 1 year and 284 days in filing the Application for setting aside order dated 29.01.2015 passed by the Registrar (Judicial­II) refusing registration of the Appeal on account of failure on the part of applicant to remove office objections within the time granted. 2.

For the reasons mentioned in the application the delay in filing the application is deserves to be condoned. For the reasons further mentioned in the application the order refusing registration deserves to be set aside.
