Heard learned counsel for the Applicants/Petitioners. The prayer as made in the application reads thus:- "A) The Civil Application may kindly be allowed;

B) The applicants may kindly be allowed to add as Petitioner Nos.73 and 74 respectively in Writ Petition (Stamp) No.25395/2023. D) Any other just and equitable relief to which the applicants found entitled be granted."

Mr. Mali, learned AGP appears for Respondent Nos.1 to 7. Respondent Nos.8 to 13 are served. Affidavit of service be placed on

Tauseef 922-IA.17017.2023.doc record within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading the order. Considering the nature of the prayers as made and after perusing the averments as made in the application, we are of the opinion that the application needs to be allowed. It is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

Necessary amendments be carried out within a period of 2 weeks from the date of uploading the order. Amended copy of the petition be served on all the Respondents.

Interim Application stands disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
