The Petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to the Collector to record mutation entry in the name of Petitioner/purchaser on the basis of the document of Sale allegedly executed in favour of the Petitioner by the original owner. 2.
It appears that the Petitioner has not made any application to the concerned Tahsildar and he has tendered an application directly to the Collector. Apart from this, there appears some pending civil litigation between the Petitioner and another individual who claims title on the basis of sale deed.

In this circumstances, in exercise of the extra ordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, no Sneha Chavan 1/2

It is open for the Petitioner either to tender an appropriate application to the Revenue Authority i.e. Tahsildar or any other Revenue Officer empowered to record entries and/or to prosecute the pending civil litigation.
