The Petitioner is directed to serve the Respondent by hand delivery along with entire proceedings and file an Affidavit of service to that effect on or before 27.11.2018. b.

If Affidavit of service is filed within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, office is directed to place the matter on board on 30.11.2018, else, as per CMIS date.
