Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned AGP for the State of Maharashtra. Perused the affidavit of Shri Rajaram Mane, the District Collector of Kolhapur. Though belatedly, the order of which breach is complained of has been complied by the Collector by issuing a communication dated 10th March, 2015. For the delay, the Collector has tendered an unconditional apology. We accept the apology. Hence, no case is made out to initiate action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The Petition is disposed of. Notice is discharged. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the communication dated 10th March, 2015, it will be open for the Petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law.
