The plaintiffs are challenging order passed by the Appellate Court allowing defendants' appeal rejecting petitioners' application for temporary injunction. Since 11th October 2017, there is no interim relief in petitioners' favour; hence, no interference is called for. However, all contentions raised by the petitioners on merits can be raised at the time of final hearing of the suit. The writ petition stands disposed of.
