Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

It has been stated that the then Revisional Authority who had heard the Revision Application No.3615/5429/PK 309/J­5A is changed and now the Revisional Authority is the present Respondent No.1 of this Contempt Petition.

Learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 submits that Respondent No.1 will decide the Petitioner's Revision Application, if the same is still pending, as expeditiously as possible. 4.

In view of the aforesaid submission, as agreed by learned Counsel for the parties, we dispose of this Contempt Petition by directing the Petitioner to appear before Respondent No.1 on 19th March, 2018 at 3.00 p.m. on that day or within a week from that day, the Respondent No.1 or the concerned Minister shall hear the Petitioner and take appropriate decision on the said Revision Application and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible but in any case before 30th April, 2018.

With the aforesaid directions, Contempt Petition is disposed of.

Learned AGP to communicate this order to the concerned Minister.
