Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that the respondents are served through their advocates on 14th December, 2015. 2.

By this civil application, the applicant seeks recall of the conditional order passed by this court on 28th October, 2015 and states that the applicant has though complied with the order passed by this court on 28th October, 2015 by effecting service of the second appeal along with all annextures and pending civil application upon the respondents' advocate, the second appeal is wrongly dismissed. Statement is accepted.

In view of the applicant already having complied with the order dated 28th October, 2015, second appeal as well as all pending civil applications in the said appeal are restored to file. Civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to cost.
