Learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that now there is change in circumstances as the Respondent No.1 has remarried and therefore the prayers mentioned in her complaint before the Magistrate are no longer surviving. As far as the rent and maintenance part is concerned, he submitted that liberty may be granted to the Petitioners to point out this fact to the learned Magistrate.
