By this application, the applicants seek condonation of delay of 277 days caused in filing the application for bringing the legal representatives/heirs of the Petitioner No.1a) as well as condonation of delay of 345 days in filing the application for bringing the legal representatives/heirs of the Respondent no.1a), on record. 3.
