The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has tendered across the bar the order dated 30th October 2015 passed by the Additional Collector­cum­Deputy Director, Resettlement (Lands), Solapur. The same is taken on record and marked "X­1" for identification. He states that by the said order, the land more particularly described in the Schedule of the said order has been allotted to the petitioner. He states that the petitioner has no grievance about the land offered to him. He states that now what remains to be done is placing the petitioner in possession of the said land and thereafter, making necessary entries in the revenue record. 3.

The learned AGP appearing for the State has no instructions.

We accept the statements made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and dispose of this petition by passing the following order:

O R D E R

(i) we direct the Additional Collector­cum­Deputy Director, Resettlement (Lands), Solapur to take all further steps on the basis of the order dated 30th October 2015 and shall ensure that the possession of the land allotted to the petitioner under the said order is handed over to him within a a period of two months from today and the entry in the revenue record is made within a period of three months from today; (ii) The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
