Learned advocate for the petitioners states that he has returned papers to the petitioners. However, considering the impugned judgment, this writ petition need not be entertained as the order of injunction restraining petitioners from disturbing plaintiff's possession over the suit property is in force since 2014. 2.

Hence, keeping all contentions raised by the petitioner open to be agitated before the Trial Court at the time of hearing of the suit, the writ petition stands disposed of.
