This Application is for condonation of 71 days delay in preferring the appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 29.05.2013 passed by the MACT Sangli in MACP No.41/2010.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.

Delay in filing the First Appeal is condoned.

b.

The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.

c.

No order as to costs.

d.

The Appellant is directed to remove all office objections on or before 19.10.2019, failing which the First Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

e.

If all office objections are removed within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, office is directed to place the matter on board on 22.10.2019, for admission.
