This is an application for bringing legal representatives of the applicant No.2, since deceased, on record after condoning the delay of 1 year and 283 days.

Mr. Suryawanshi submitted that the applicant No.2 died on 14.12.2012 that is to say during the pendency of the Appeal. 4.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the main Appeal shall be carried out within 14 days from today. (R. G. KETKAR, J.) Minal Parab 1/1
