In Contempt Petition No. 6 of 2023, the contempt alleged is of the order passed by this Court directing time bound disposal of the proposal regarding approval to the Petitioner's appointment. 2.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner points out that the Sneha Chavan

In this fact and circumstances, we do not intend to proceed further in contempt jurisdiction.

Contempt Petition No. 6 of 2023 is disposed of. 5.

As regard Contempt Petition No.7 of 2023 is concerned, we do not find any judicial orders for tagging this petition together. Hence, Contempt Petition No. 7 of 2023 is separated and to be placed on board on 31 January 2024 to enable the Respondents to take remedial steps, if order is already not passed. (M.M.SATHAYE, J.)
