Except for vague allegations that 36 persons have been killed, petitioner who has been arraigned as accused for killing 6 different persons is not in position to disclose name of single deceased person out of remaining 30 so called deceased persons.

Our attention is invited to statement recorded by police as per instructions of the Court to urge that in that statement deliberately victim has been mentioned by alphabet like BCD etc while accused have also been mentioned accordingly though petitioner has given full name and details of deceased and accused.

We therefore wanted the petitioner to demonstrate name of any deceased victim or name of alleged offender who has committed those murders. These details are not given in any representation and are missing even in petition preferred before this Court.

In this situation, we are not inclined to intervene in the matter in extraordinary jurisdiction. The petition is rejected. (N. R. BORKAR, J.) (B. P. DHARMADHIKARI, J.)
