1] Order dated 9th August 2016, refusing extension of parole leave is questioned in the present matter. 2] Learned APP points out that parole leave was given on 5th February 2015 on the ground of illness of mother. Period of parole leave was over on 6th March 2015. Prisoner sought extension of further 60 days. However, in the meanwhile, the police authorities found that the claim of petitioner that his mother was ill and was being treated by Dr. V.B. Gajre is false. As such, the prayer for extension was rejected on 9th August 2016.

4] We fnd that the prisoner reported back on 15th May 2015. If extension of 60 days would have been allowed, it would have expired on 6th May 2015.

5] He was aware that extension has not been granted and he has not pointed out anything to show that his mother was being treated by Dr. V.B. Gajre.

6] We, therefore, fnd the petition is misconceived and the same is rejected.

7] Copy of this order be communicated to the prisoner in Jail.
