This matter was argued yesterday for a substantial period. However, as this Court has shown its disinclination to grant bail, Mr. Kamble, learned Counsel for the Applicant sought time to take instructions.

Today, Mr. Kamble states that he has taken instrucitons to withdraw the Bail Application however, he states that as the Applicant is behind bars from 9th May 2022, the trial be expedited. 3.

Accordingly, the learned Trial Court is requested to make an endeavour to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible. 4.

The Applicant is at liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after a period of one year, if there is no substantial progress in the trial.
