Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned APP appearing for the Respondent - State. We have carefully perused the contents of the First Information Report so also the statements of the witnesses. In our prima facie opinion, sufficient material has been collected by the prosecution agency to proceed further. The petitioner has an opportunity to file an application for discharge in the event of filing of chargesheet by the investigating Officer. However, no case is made out to entertain this petition.
