Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that petitioner No.3 Surekha Bapurao Shahpurkar died on 28.9.2017. The learned Counsel submits that he filed this application for bringing on record the legal heirs of Surekha Bapurao Shahpurkar, whose names are mentioned as applicant Nos.3(a) and 3(b) in the cause title of the Civil Application. He submits that the application is filed on 28.11.2017 i.e., within limitation.

In view of the above, the application is allowed. Amendments to be carried out forthwith.
