P.C.:- Mr. Sawant, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that, the Petitioner herein expired on 14th January, 2021. That, after the demise of Petitioner his widow Smt. Nandini N. Pawar has settled the matter with the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and the Society namely Shree Padmavati Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. Padmavati Park, Shantinagar, Ratnagiri.
He submitted that, the widow of the Petitioner has given instructions in writing to the Advocate on record by her communication dated 16th February, 2022 to withdraw the Contempt Petition as the parties herein have settled the matter amicably. He has produced on record the 1/2
ssm 2 4-cp27.20.doc said communication dated 16th February, 2022 addressed by Smt. Nanindi N. Pawar to the Advocate on record. He therefore, seeks leave to withdraw present Petition unconditionally.
