The Petitioner is working as a Teacher and also having additional income from agricultural source has questioned the order of maintenance of Rs.12,000/- per month to the respondent-wife. 2.

Considering the source and quantum of income of the Petitioner, award of maintenance of Rs.12,000/- per month to the respondent-wife is just and proper.

No interference is warranted in extra ordinary jurisdiction of this Court.

Petition stands dismissed.
