: AMIT BORKAR, J.
DATED : JANUARY 31, 2025 P.C.:
1.
Challenge in this writ petition arises out of mutation entries in a proceeding under Section 149 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. On perusal of the record, it is evident that the petitioner has filed the civil suit claiming ownership with the properties in dispute. Therefore, it is clarified that the parties' rights will be governed by the decision in Regular Civil Suit No.26 of 2021.
2.
With above clarification, the writ petition stands disposed of. 3.
It is made clear that this Court has not considered merits or demerits of substantive rights of the parties in relation to ownership.
