This application is taken out for restoration of the above writ petition by recalling the order dated 17th November 2014. By that order, writ petition was dismissed for want of prosecution.

Learned APP Mr. Saste appears for Respondent No.1. The presence of rest of the Respondents for the disposal of the present application is dispensed with as they had not put their appearance in the writ petition when it was dismissed. The Petitioner has given explanation in para 3 as to under what circumstances he could not remain present when the matter was called out on 17th November 2014. Explanation is satisfactory. In that view of the matter, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Writ petition is restored to the file. Application stands disposed of.
