On perusal of the prayers sought in the petition, it reveals that the petitioner has prayed for directions to respondent No.3 to issue tribe certificate in favour of the petitioner as 'Koli Mahadev' Scheduled Tribe. The learned AGP, on instructions, states that the petitioner has issued caste certificate in the year 2017.
