DATED : 3rd DECEMBER 2021 P.C:- By the present application, the applicant/appellant seek condonation of delay of 25 days in filing the First Appeal, being aggrieved by the judgment and award dated 6th July 2018 passed by the MACT, Sindhudurg, in MACP No.24 of 2014. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and respondent and perused the application.

The delay of 25 days is sufficiently explained in the application and the same being procedural one, I am inclined to condone the delay.

Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
