Mr. Pardeshi appearing for petitioner states that the prayer in the petition is limited to direct Respondent No.2 to decide petitioner's applications dated 26th April 2021 and 22nd November 2022 expeditiously. Mr. Pardeshi states that after the petition was filed and copy served some 11/12 dates have been given for hearing but no hearing took place. Ms.Solunke states she has instructions from Tehsildar to make a statement to the court that the applications will be decided within four weeks from today. Statement accepted as an undertaking to this court. 2.

Mr. Pardeshi states in view of the statement made by Tehsildar, petition can be disposed.
