Learned Advocates appearing for respective parties made submissions before this Court that parties have settled the dispute and deduced terms of an amicable settlement. Accordingly, parties were relegated to learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court for verification of terms of settlement and identification of parties.
913-SA - 561 - 2020 --2.doc Learned Registrar (Judicial) has forwarded the report of such verification to this Court, which states as under: "Both parties were duly identified by their respective Advocates. They have acknowledged and confirmed their respective signatures appearing on the Consent Terms. Further, both parties have stated that they have carefully read and fully understood the contents thereof and have affirmed that the same are true, correct, and binding upon them."

Parties have placed on record consent terms, which are duly signed by appellant and the Power of Attorney holder of respondent. They personally affirm and accept terms of settlement. Pursuant to such terms, a cheque dated 30th November 2025 in the amount of Rs.4,50,000/- drawn on Bank of India (Shahupuri Branch, Kolhapur) is handed over to respondent, which acknowledged by her.

In that view of the matter, consent terms are taken on record and marked as Exhibit - X for identification. 4.
In light of consent terms, second appeal stands disposed of. 5.
