Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners.

Admittedly, the Petitioners have already filed an Application under Section 17 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. It is pointed out that as the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Pune was not available, on 9th December

ash wp-12717.15 2015, the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Mumbai has granted a liberty to the Petitioners to move an Application for interim relief. Without moving the Application before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Mumbai, the present Petition is filed. Hence, we decline to entertain this Petition. The Petition is disposed of.

However, it will be open for the Petitioners to move the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Mumbai for grant of appropriate interim relief if the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Pune is not available.
