The petitioner is having alternate remedy to challenge the impugned Order dated 19th September 2016 passed by the Additional Collector of Kolhapur in RTS Revision Application No.81 of 2016. 2.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to adopt alternate remedy available at the disposal of the petitioner under the law.
